Executive Coaching

My Coaching Style

My style is to build a strong, trusting relationship, giving honest feedback that allows the person to maximise their potential, whilst exploring and developing their strengths. The foundations of my approach are building rapport, supporting and challenging people in an empathetic way and providing a safe space for considering options and developing solutions.

“Coaching unlocks hidden potential. My interest in my clients creates space for them to increase their self-awareness and realise their talents to maximise the impact that they can have on their own environment.  The coaching sessions allow us to explore new thoughts, responses, behaviours and beliefs resourcing the Coachee to be able to follow their goals with conviction. As a Coach I bring clarity and presence to the table.”
