Career Management Coaching is a collaborative process between a coach and a client which makes it easier for the client to define and attain goals.  There are a variety of assessments including personality type, ability tests and occupational interests and values that can provide information to help determine this best fit. Exploring options, choosing the next steps, and making a plan for action then becomes an informed process.
